As a Seller, there aren’t many out of pocket costs for you, they are built into the purchase price. Costs include:

2. How much will capital gains be?

Capital Gains varies, and should be calculated by an independent tax expert and a Notario legal professional. There are a variety of options from paying 25% without deductions, to 28% tax on the remaining amount of profit after deductions and there are also many situations where you may be exempt from paying capital gains tax.
